How to Opt-Out of Marketing Communications

We strive to comply with all applicable laws, including the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines, and respect your privacy. You can opt out of receiving marketing communications from us in the following ways:

1. Email Communications:
   If you wish to stop receiving promotional or informational emails from The MediQuote, please click on the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of every marketing email.

2. Phone Calls & SMS Communications:
   If you no longer wish to receive phone calls or text messages from us, you may fill out the form below to submit an official opt-out request. Once processed, we will remove your number from our communication lists.

3. Postal Mail:
   If you are receiving physical mail from us and wish to opt-out, please email us at info@themediquote.com with your name, address, and request. Please allow up to 30 days for this change to take effect.

What Happens When You Opt-Out?

Once your request has been received and processed, you will no longer receive any marketing-related communication from The MediQuote. However, you may still receive important administrative communications, such as policy updates, billing information, or other service-related notifications, as these are necessary for the maintenance of your Medicare plan.

CMS Compliance and Your Rights
